The Sales Advisor is responsible for offering outstanding customer service to promote store profitability.
The Sales Advisor position includes but is not limited to the following major accountabilities:
Store Performance and Analysis
* Has awareness of all communications and instructions sent to the store.
* Understands store budget, targets, and KPIs.
* Reports information that can contribute to the store's success.
Customer Service
* Applies the 6 mandatory selling standards with every customer.
* Follows selling processes proposed by the Training Manager, exploiting every customer opportunity.
* Uses up-to-date technical product knowledge to generate sales.
* Builds customer loyalty and encourages personal trade.
* Provides outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations by going the extra mile.
* Reflects the brand's values and demonstrates passion for the brand.
Stock Management
* Ensures correct pricing and presentation of products on the shop floor.
* Follows instructions regarding stock control, movement, and ordering.
* Minimizes losses to meet company shrinkage goals.
Operations
* Adheres to authorized company and, if applicable, center operational policies and procedures (cash handling, opening/closing, health and safety).
* Maintains all required paperwork within deadlines.
* Keeps the store clean and presentable to provide a welcoming environment.
* Performs duties as requested by the Store Manager.
* Observes local requirements related to the trading environment, if applicable.
* Participates in and attends relevant training sessions.
Merchandising, Marketing & Promotions
* Maintains store and window presentation and visual merchandising standards.
* Is aware of current promotions.
Communication
* Communicates clearly, politely, and courteously, and listens effectively.
* Stays informed about local and new market trends, shares insights, and makes recommendations to the Store Manager.
* Adheres to personnel dress code and grooming standards.
* Acts as an ambassador of the company and its brands.
