Responsible for supporting the implementation of the training strategy by the coordination and delivery of both training and assessments across the business to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.30pm though weoperate as a 24/7 site so flexibility with hours will be required to include evenings/weekends to ensure all employees are fully trained
Youll be responsible for:
1. Deliver engaging training assessments and reassessments for the appropriate job roles.
2. Undertake new starter inductions.
3. Assist the departments with training (where necessary) to ensure all individuals within teams have the required skill set for their role and manage refresher training where required.
4. Ensure training plans are progressed on time to ensure all employees receive appropriate standards of training across the site.
5. Promote a positive learning environment and encourage engagement among participants.
6. Communicate with all departments to understand the requirements on the daily and weekly plan in terms of prioritising workload for the week.
7. Manage training schedules to avoid conflicts and ensure employee availability.
8. Send pre-training communications and follow-up emails to participants and managers.
