This well established, leading special purpose machinery supplier, is recruiting for an ambitious Spare Parts Coordinator to join their established team in Derby. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the quotation, sale and administration of all spare parts and consumables.
The Spare Parts Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in an accurate, timely and pro active manner with effective IT skills. Previous experience using the Sage 200 ERP system would be beneficial.

THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, the Spare Parts Coordinator will work with over £1M in spare parts stock and supply customers with a reliable supply of parts. It requires efficient order processing and strong collaboration across internal departments as well as subsidiaries in Europe, Asia & The USA.
The position also requires the day to day overseeing of the Spares Assistant ensuring parts are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Competencies:
1. Prepare and issue accurate and timely spare parts quotations
2. Provide clear information regarding specifications, availability and lead times.
3. Proactively follow up quotations and notify customers of any delays.
4. Ensure precise and efficient order entry and processing
5. Maintain accurate and up to date records within Sage 200
6. Manage and support the spare parts assistant with picking, packing and dispatch
7. Liaise with finance regarding invoicing, credit queries and reconciliations.
THE PERSON
The successful Spare Parts Coordinator will undoubtedly be a self-starter with the desire to take ownership of this key role.
You will also demonstrate competencies by reference to relevant experience gained in similar roles. Previous experience using the Sage 200 ERP system would be beneficial.
