Your Role:
* You will ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental policies
* You will liaise with stakeholders to plan, cost, manage and deliver Rattle projects in line with regulations and programme requirements
* You will manage ATP processes, contractor attendance and ensure regulatory compliance
* You will manage subcontractors including surveys and site escorting where required
* You will manage daily site activities and interfaces with key teams and authorities
* You will provide reporting including financial forecasting and programme updates
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have an industry-recognised qualification in building services, project management or facilities management, or relevant work experience, as well as SSSTS, NVQ Level 3 and First Aid certification.
Experience: You will have experience in construction regulations including CDM 2015 and Building Regulations, project and site management, lifting operations and proficiency with IFS systems.
Skills: You will have excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills, strong verbal and written communication, the ability to work independently, deliver cost‑effective services within agreed budgets, and identify risks and opportunities for the business.
