Overview
Property Manager / Leading Property Business / St Neots / Full Training provided. Leading Block / Real Estate Management client seeking a customer focused candidate to develop into a Property Manager. Working from the St Neots office, you will support the office property portfolio in the local area, ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities
* Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
* Deal with client enquiries via phone and email and take the appropriate actions
* Attend client meetings and regular site visits
* Oversee contractors’ performance and any maintenance issues
* Prepare and monitor budgets
* Oversee building compliance management
* Oversee Section 20 processes / major works projects
* Work with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean, safe and pleasant for residents
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience with the Property, Housing or customer-focused sector
* First-class customer service experience
* Good level of IT experience including use of CRM and MS applications
* Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise
* Good literacy and numerical skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
* Team player and keen to develop a career in estates management
* Keen to learn, develop and progress a career in property
