Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Personal Assistant role for a legal firm in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, the ability to work well under pressure and has experience in the legal sector. As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be responsible for making and amending appointments, proof reading documents and working well to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately produce correspondence and documentation utilising software such as: Word, Excel, Foxit/Adobe and PowerPoint. * Drafting correspondence on behalf of the fee earners. * To proof read documents and work to deadlines. * Diary management- checking commitments in advance and responding to enquiries. * Manage the process for producing invoices and sending to clients. * Manage email accounts of all fee earners on holiday or otherwise absent. * To understand and apply correct procedures for administration duties for fee earners. * To provide support to the wider PA group, including other divisions and offices, as and when required. * Liaise with support teams e.g. Finance, Facilities, Reception, Marketing and Communication, IT. Requirements: * Can work independently and as part of a team. * Good organisation skills. * Detail orientated. * Previous experience as a PA / Executive Assistant. * Litigation experience.
