A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Applications Engineer to join a UK known manufacturer in the Pershore, Worcestershire Area
With no day ever being the same the Applications Engineer role offers genuine long:term progression and career development within a first:class organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Produce CAD drawings
* Supporting customer visits : up to 2 site visits a month : carrying out technical presentations and engaging with new clients to gain rapport
* Provide system layout drawings, rendered images and utility and project schedules to the sales team.
* Providing detailed systems drawings and technical information to customer
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* HNC/HND Mechanical engineering/Design
* Understanding of plant layouts and P and IDs
* Sound understanding of engineering processes with powder handling or milling systems.
* Understanding of control systems and control system architecture.
* Experience working with AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD
