We’re looking for
full-time, permanent Van Day Drivers to join us at our site in Rochester. Your journey may start off in a van, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Warehousing, and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Driver, you’ll be working in our network, delivering between sites to customer sites, completing paper work. You’ll be working a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday day shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a hourly rate of £12.56. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Start time 05:30am Monday-Friday
2. Multi drop deliveries ,between 10 and 20 drops per day.
3. Must be organised in approach and able to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent Communication skills to liaise with traffic office.
5. Excellent customer service skills required
6. Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
What you need to succeed at XPO:
7. We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence
8. You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
9. Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
