We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our growing team. You will lead the planning and coordination of projects from initial concept through to site mobilisation, ensuring cost certainty, programme efficiency, and buildability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing tender processes and bid submissions
* Coordinating design development and technical input
* Leading cost planning, value engineering, and risk analysis
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Supporting smooth transition into the construction phase
* Arranging Site Survey’s
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent commercial awareness, and proven experience in pre-construction or estimating roles.
