What You’ll Do
* Build and grow your own portfolio of contract clients within the tech sector
* Engage with engineering & technology businesses to understand their contract hiring needs
* Source, qualify, and manage top-tier contract professionals
* Negotiate rates, close deals, and manage the full contract lifecycle
* Develop long-term relationships with both clients and contractors
* Work alongside industry specialists and benefit from our established market presence
What We’re Looking For
Experience in recruitment (ideally contract recruitment – tech or engineering is a bonus)
A proactive, results-driven mentality
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workflow
