We are currently seeking an experienced Tyre Centre Manager to join a leading UK-wide automotive service centre and tyre retailer. As a Tyre Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, leading a team of workshop and front-of-house staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Salary between £36,000 and £38,000 per annum, with centre performance-related bonuses, enabling a potential £42,000 annual on-target earnings

Comfortable 42.5-hour week over a guaranteed 5-day schedule, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift (1 in 2) and time off in lieu
Duties:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the tyre centre, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
Monitor and maximise workshop productivity and throughput
Foster a positive and professional customer service environment
Mentor and support team members, encouraging professional growth and development
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
Requirements:
Proven management experience within the automotive or retail sector, ideally in tyre retail or related automotive services
Demonstrable success in managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong customer service focus, with the ability to cultivate a positive sales and service culture
Experience in controlling costs, maximising sales, and maintaining high standards of compliance
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to meet business objectives
