IT & Site Administrator

We are currently looking for an IT & Site Administrator to join our busy team in Alperton, West London. Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
Key responsibilities include:
* Onboarding and offboarding: managing the IT aspects of employee transitions. This includes setting up new accounts, devices, and access for new hires, and securely revoking access and backing up data for departing employees
* Technical support: serving as the first point of contact for employees with IT-related issues
* Network administration: managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
* Hardware and software management: including deploying new devices for employees, managing software licenses, and conducting regular updates and patching
* Coordinating and scheduling repairs: responding to urgent maintenance requests, creating work orders, and coordinating with in-house staff or external contractors for repairs on equipment or the site
* Budget support: assisting with budgetary requests and monitoring maintenance budget spending
* Documentation and record-keeping: maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, contracts, safety compliance documents and asset management for new starters and leavers
* Preventive maintenance: planning and overseeing regular, scheduled maintenance checks for all equipment and systems to prevent future issues and ensure everything is in good working order.
Experience
* 1-2 years' experience in a facilities/site and IT administrator role
* Strong understanding of computer networking principles, including LAN and VPN technologies
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication
* Proficient in Windows operating systems and basic computer hardware troubleshooting
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
