We're on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to take on a high-impact, full 360 role — from senior stakeholder engagement to strategic sourcing and candidate management. Role Purpose Leads Resourcing planning and day-to-day vacancy management across defined departments. Partners with leadership teams, People Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure the execution of best practice. Focuses on the delivery of an exceptional hiring experience for hiring managers and candidates. Main Accountabilities Develop trusted working relationships with core stakeholders, building deep understanding of recruitment needs and capability gaps. Provide advice and guidance, using labour market insights to drive business decision making and plan medium to long-term recruitment approaches. Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. This includes personal delivery and effectively influencing the contribution of others, including Hiring Managers and People team colleagues. Stakeholder engagement and project management responsibility; delivering efficient recruitment services against forecasts and targets. This will involve collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, as well as managing the services provided by direct reports and third-party suppliers Partner with the business and external vendors on appropriate cost-effective attraction and assessment methodology, across internal and external recruitment. Organise assessment activities to enable the timely delivery of campaigns through a variety of methods, creating tailored interview materials, question banks, matrices, and toolkits. Ensure robust assessment methodology is applied in the design of relevant assessment materials to underpin hiring decisions. Experience Previous experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivering the best diverse talent to the business, creating an excellent recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates. Experience in creating and delivering complex campaigns and managing niche candidate markets. Experience ideally across several resourcing activities: Direct sourcing, attraction strategies (including social media), assessment centre design and execution, competency-based interviewing, partnering with a variety of talent and resourcing suppliers.
