We are working on behalf of our client who is looking for a confident and experienced Collections Advisor. You will be working with a supportive team, and the role offers real progression for the right person.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable customers within a fast-paced office environment, confident dealing with inbound and outbound calls and someone who genuinely wants to help people.

* Annual Salary circa £26 000 – £28 000 (Depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing as the Collections Advisor:
* Deal with vulnerable customers via inbound / outbound calls, email, and written correspondence to collect overdue payments
* Identify and agree on appropriate solutions – considering their individual circumstances and potential vulnerability
* Adhere to company policies, including the Payment Support Manual and Customer Treatment Framework – in alignment with FCA guidelines
* Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment, consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets
* Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies
* Meet or exceed collection performance KPI’s and deadlines
What we’re looking for:
* At least 2-years recent experience working in Debt Collections or Debt Recovery or Collections Agent
* Track record of exceeding KPI Targets
* Ability to embrace change and adapt to new ideas / environments
* High levels of accuracy / attention to detail
