KIA of East Hartford is growing, and we need to hire a Porter / Service Drive Assistant preferably with experience. This is a very fulfilling position assisting customers. Job Description
Greet customers warmly and take pride in providing great customer service. Oversee the flow of the service drive and advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions.
* $17 - $20 Per Hour
* Paid Vacation, Holidays
* Ongoing training is available
* Closed on Sundays

Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and take pride in providing great customer service
* Oversee the flow of the service drive
* Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions
* Manage inbound and outbound calls that provide updates for customers and make appointments
* Pick up and deliver cars to customers
* Park, retrieve, and move vehicles to assist customers and staff
* Maintain parking lots in an organized manner
* Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
* Experience is preferred but not required – we will train!
* Valid in-state driver's license and good driving record

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
* Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
