Role
As a highly talented and diligent Court of Protection Solicitor, you will demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanor while effectively handling your caseload. You will act on behalf of clients who have obtained serious injuries as a result of personal injury or clinical negligence, or clients associated with our thriving private client team. You will advise clients and families in relation to the court application process, create and manage client budgets, prepare annual deputy reports, and often work with the litigation department during claims.
Candidate
Your experience includes at least 5 years as a Court of Protection Solicitor or Deputy assisting vulnerable clients. You demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach with willingness to learn and develop as part of a close-knit team. You are a confident communicator with a positive work ethic, client focused, and able to manage client and family expectations.
