Responsibilities
* Strategic ownership for a TFM account
* Mobilisation of new accounts where required
* Leading UK or EMEA operations teams for a variety of service lines
* Overseeing an FM team including talent planning
* Managing budgets of 10m -20m for the account
* Delivering through sub contracted partners including procurement
* Developing senior client relationships including monthly reporting
* Undertaking analysis of contract efficiencies including LEAN processing
* Identifying all business growth opportunities for the account
Qualifications
You will have a strong background in managing EMEA wide FM operations either client side or for an FM provider. You will have managed complex FM operations and will have strong leadership capability. Good blue chip corporate or life sciences sector experience would also be an advantage for the role.
