What You’ll Be Doing?
1. Identify and outreach to prospective clients
2. Arrange qualified new client appointments
3. On-going pipeline growth and management via CRM
4. Generate new business/revenue in line with company KPI’s & targets
5. Compose professional proposals
6. Presenting tailored technology solutions to match client requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
7. Previous experience in the parking sector
8. Demonstrable background of exceeding targets
9. Comfortable working in a targeted highly sales-driven environment
10. Able to identify revenue opportunities and propose solutions
11. Natural rapport builder, self-motivated, professional, driven
12. Dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager highly motivated and energetic, with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
14. Resilient and tenacious in their approach to winning new business
15. Strong understanding of the sales process required in a business-to-business environment
16. High professional and personal standards
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
18. Proven experience of using a CRM system
