The Role:
The Varonis Email Security Architect will drive revenue growth and security maturity of customer and prospect M365 environments by identifying and uncovering business challenges/pain points, positioning Varonis Email solutions, building technical pitches, demos, data reviews, and deep-dive materials, and evangelizing Varonis solutions. They will possess deep knowledge of the Email Security ecosystem (Email Security, Email Privacy, Email DLP). They will develop expertise in Varonis and integrate Varonis as a key component of every security program. Acting as a practitioner consultant, they will work with account teams and clients to uncover challenges, propose recommendations, and demonstrate value. They will stay updated on the Email security landscape to educate customers, prospects, and Varonis employees.

The Requirements:
* Technical proficiency with Email Security, Email DLP, Email Privacy
* Proven mastery of Messaging + Email Architecture and solutions
* Success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
* Experience with Active Directory and related Directory Services, including management, monitoring, & security challenges
The Responsibilities:
* Support Pre-Sales and Post-Sales account teams with Email Security expertise as needed
* Identify and understand customers' business and technical objectives; demonstrate how Varonis solutions address gaps in the Email security ecosystem
* Develop and deliver sales presentations, technical papers, and webinars about Varonis' products and services
* Conduct Product Demonstrations
* Present at seminars, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and develop/deliver webinars like "Varonis M365 - Masterclass"
* Coordinate with SMEs and Product Management to prioritize features, identify product gaps, and raise technical issues
* Communicate impactful Email product updates to field teams and customers to drive sales
* Develop enablement materials and deliver training as needed
* Maintain an up-to-date lab environment demonstrating expertise in email security solutions
* Collaborate with sales to submit Feature Requests and Business Value Requests to influence product development
