Our Regional Finance team workswithin Connected Aviation, a part ofthe Collins Avionics Business Unit, offering excellent learning and development opportunities and exposure to a wide range of projects across the region. We are now looking for aProgram, Planning & Control (PP&C) Analystto join our team in a hybrid role based in Crawley.
What You Will Do
As aProgram, Planning & Control(PP&C)Analyst,you will:
1. Monitor and report on monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) to ensure contractual, cost, and scheduleobjectivesare met.
2. Continuously track project budgets, deadlines, and schedulechanges,report progress to Project and Account Managers.
3. Perform variance analysis on sales, costs, margin %, and billings; understand financial implications of projects.
4. Review,analyse, and interpret financial reports, providing insights and recommendations.
5. Conduct month-end analyses, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
6. Collaborate with project leadership teams across engineering, PM, contracts, FP&A, and accounting to understand resources, schedules, costs, billing, and contractual terms.
7. Planlabour, contractor, material, and direct expenses; manage revenue recognition to support regional sales forecasts.
8. Set up and manage new contracts, contract modifications, budgets, and forecasts within SAP and Cobra reporting tools.
9. Assist with Project Status Reviews (PSRs) and track action items to closure.
10. Supportaccuratecoding of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and time charging, as well as broader financial matters for the EMEA business unit.
11. Support regional cash reporting and administration of SAP projects, networks, and internal orders.
12. Liaise with global PP&C teams, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications You Must Have
18. Degree or background in Finance, or early-stage finance-related qualifications.
19. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
20. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
