You'll be on a 14-month fixed-term, part-time basis, working 21.6 hours per week. This role is offered hybrid with one day minimum a week (Wednesday) at the Swindon office and occasional visits to English Heritage sites or the London office as required. The role will initially require more frequent working in the Swindon office (during the handover and training period). You’ll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others, and make a difference to the way England’s rich heritage is experienced. As our Campaign Delivery Analyst, you will ensure that English Heritage can get the most out of the CRM system by ensuring the right communications go to the right supporters at the right time. To be considered as a Campaign Delivery Analyst, you will need: - Experience in analysing supporter data utilising industry standard tools and protocols - Proven track record of producing complex campaign data selections and analysing results - Experience in specifying and producing meaningful reporting - Experience in key techniques to support marketing activity – segmentation; profiling; mapping - Experience in working with design, research, technical and operational teams - The ability to build strong working relationships with people across teams and from different disciplines - Knowledge of FastStats or other fast-counting tools and associated modules - Good knowledge of basic SQL queries - Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - Knowledge of email systems such as Dotdigital or similar - Experience of GDPR legislation and practical application Initial interviews will be held in the week commencing 15 December via MS Teams, followed by second interviews via MS Teams or at our Swindon office in the week commencing 5 January.
