Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-quality health or social care to adults with learning disabilities. Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build respectful and positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.As a Scheme Manager, you will: Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities. Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required. Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.Requirements Previous experience in a supported living environment A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
