Salary: Grade 3, £17,647 - £18,207 per annum. £12.45 - £12.85 per hour
32.5 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year
Hours: 08:30am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri, 30-minute lunch break
Temporary until the child leaves or SEND funding ceases

The Governors of St. John’s Mosley Common C.E. Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to work within Lower KS1 to support and ensure the inclusion of a child with SEND. Applicants must be supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.
Applicants should have experience of:
* Working with children with difficulties in:
* Communication and interaction
* Social and emotional wellbeing
* Concentration skills/motivation skills
* Delivering Speech & Language programmes
* Delivering English and Maths interventions
* Record keeping in relation to children’s progress
* Enabling pupils to access the curriculum in a meaningful and inclusive way
* Promoting independence, confidence and self-esteem
Applicants should have:
* Excellent behaviour management skills including positive reinforcement and feedback
* English and Maths skills
All applicants should have the ability to work on their own initiative; be flexible to the child’s and class teacher’s needs; have a caring nature and the ability to work as a team member.
