At Fresh Start in Education, we’re looking for proactive, person-centred individuals to design and deliver personalised learning sessions that inspire curiosity, confidence, and hope for young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether exploring Maths during a trip to the shops, unlocking imagination through stories and art, or using gaming to explore Science, you’ll motivate students to rediscover the joy of learning in ways that suit them.

The placements:
* Working with students on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis at their home or a suitable venue in the Bracknell area
* Planning and delivering 2-5 sessions per week, each lasting 3-5 hours during school hours and term-time only
* Placements organised and supported by our dedicated teams
* Bank Staff worker – providing short-term provisions as needed, paid via PAYE
What you need to apply:
* Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience working with vulnerable children or young people with additional needs (SEN, SEMH, and other barriers to learning)
* Experience supporting or delivering English and Maths at Primary, Secondary, or Functional Skills levels, along with other subjects if possible
* Consistent availability to commit to at least 2 sessions per week (minimum of 2 working days)
* A commitment to safeguarding and up-to-date knowledge of child protection procedures
