Practice Manager
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: up to £50,000 + Benefits
This SJP Senior Partner Practice prides itself on offering a first-class service to all their clients, providing them with a range of investment and retirement products and solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives. They are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to become an integral part of their team.
As their Practice Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice including people management, overseeing business processing, regulatory requirements, marketing and client servicing whilst supporting the Practice Principle in the development of the practice.
The Role: Practice Manager
* Oversee the Practice Support Specialists and ensure they perform their key functions consistently and efficiently through effective people management skills and processes
* Ensure the practice is up to date and in compliance with all licensing, CPD, regulatory and legislative requirements
* Review the end-to-end business process and ensure it is managed and tracked efficiently in line with company and regulatory standards
* Support the team to develop client relationships and referrals, service existing clients and assist in building new relationships to create a first-class client servicing strategy
* Support the Practice Directors in endeavours to move the company forward
* Provide technical support and training to new / junior staff joining the practice
The Person: Practice Manager
* A track record as a manager, in an operational office-based environment. Ideally this would be in a Financial Services business, but this is not essential
* Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
* Experience of managing and developing others and will be able to demonstrate this at interview
* Strong workflow management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
* Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations. You have common sense and influencing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and staff
* A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, with a commitment to quality and excellence
* A good understanding of how you can add value to this business
* Some HR experience
