Junior Talent Partner (Temporary Ongoing Assignment)
Location: VMCS West Kilbride, Scotland, United Kingdom
We are seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join our UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition team. This role reports to the UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition Country Lead and supports recruitment across multiple business areas. It is an ongoing temporary role, hired via our agency partner NES Fircroft.
Responsibilities
* Support the UK & Ireland Talent team with recruitment administration tasks, including job postings, CV longlisting, and interview coordination.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level roles, guiding hiring managers through the process from requisition to offer acceptance.
* Collaborate with Senior Talent Partners on recruitment campaigns, aligning sourcing strategies with business needs.
* Advise and support managers throughout the interview and selection process.
* Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment processes while addressing business needs.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience handling high-volume recruitment and filling challenging roles within tight timelines.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
* Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
* A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
