Moxie People are delighted to be supporting a respected professional services firm in Cheltenham as they grow their compliance function. They are looking for a highly organised and dependable Compliance Assistant to join the team on a part‑time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with sensitive information, and takes pride in accuracy and accountability. While experience within legal compliance is beneficial, the team is open to candidates from finance or other professional services backgrounds who bring strong administrative and organisational skills.

About the Role
Working closely with the Compliance Manager and reporting to the firm's COLP, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping to maintain and update firm‑wide compliance policies and procedures
* Conducting client due diligence checks and risk reviews (including Thirdfort referrals)
* Supporting audits and internal checks such as file reviews
* Co‑ordinating compliance training sessions
* Assisting with the monitoring of complaints, claims, and data breach registers
This is a varied and meaningful role within a team that values fresh ideas, continuous improvement, and collaborative working.
