We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for a temporary assignment based in Hartlepool. You will work 40 hours per week, start time flexible between 8am and 9am and finish time flexible between 4pm and 5pm. This is a temporary role, to cover a 3 month period. The Payroll Administrator must have previous experience and be confident using Sage. * Processing weekly and monthly payroll clients made up of basic and informed * Processing corrections if necessary * Calculating manual payroll calculations if necessary * Calculating casual holiday pay * Processing pensions and uploading to the pension accounts * Calculating SSP/SMP * Taking client query calls * Contacting HMRC re queries and reconciliation and understanding of PAYE on clients HMRC account * Setting up clients from scratch, TUPE and from previous accountants The pay rate is £16 per hour and potential start date is 16th June.
