Sales Administrator – Omoda JAECOO Battersea – New Site Opening | Join the Launch Team

You’ll be reporting directly to our accomplished Dealership Accountant— an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business. If you’re looking to grow, develop, and be part of a brand‑new site launch, this is a role you won’t want to miss.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain customer databases and handle internal and external queries via phone and online channels
* Support vehicle ordering using our internal fleet management system
* Ensure all orders comply with Lookers policies and procedures
* Complete all paperwork to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
What You Bring
* Prior experience in an administrative role
* A self‑motivated, organised approach with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team
* The ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
