WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Sales Assistant, you will support the store management team, focusing on increasing turnover and revenue based on lean principles. You will be an ambassador of the Ryman brand, prioritizing excellent customer service.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
* Represent Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning about the business and sharing this knowledge with customers.
* Handle customer complaints and difficulties professionally, including returns, to ensure customer retention.
* Meet and exceed KPIs and objectives set by the Store Management Team and the business.
* Engage with customers, identify their needs, and assist in purchasing by applying product knowledge and highlighting promotions and upselling opportunities.
* Replenish stock and maintain stock system accuracy when required.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
* Develop product knowledge continuously and seek self-improvement.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales value by suggesting relevant additional products.
* Follow all Health and Safety policies.
