We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Project Administrator to support the delivery of construction projects across the public sector. Based in our clients London office, this full-time role will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project managers, clients, and contractors.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with information, keeping records up to date, and supporting multiple projects at different stages.
The Role
As Project Administrator, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of live and upcoming projects. You’ll help ensure project information is accurate, deadlines are met, and communication between stakeholders runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across a portfolio of projects
Maintain project records, folders, and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Assist with issuing project documentation to clients and contractors
Support the collection and collation of KPI, performance, and reporting information
Help track project milestones and update internal systems accordingly
Respond to project-related queries from internal teams, clients, and contractors
Support tender and procurement processes, including document preparation and distribution
Assist with scheduling meetings, taking notes, and circulating actions where required
Produce basic reports and updates for internal use
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (project or construction experience is beneficial but not essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
A dependable team player with a practical, proactive approach
