My client is growing, and excited to be expanding their sociable and friendly London team with a talented Urban Designer or design focused Architect who’s passionate about shaping better places.

What You’ll Bring
Experience in residential masterplanning and layout design
A solid understanding of RIBA Stages 1–3
Proven ability to prepare Design & Access Statements and planning documents
Strong graphic and visual communication skills (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.)
Knowledge of UK planning policy, sustainable design, and high‑quality placemaking
Confidence working with clients, consultants, and contractors
Strong written and verbal communication
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for multi-disciplinary teamwork
