Based in the popular Fife coastal town of Dalgety Bay, we provide exceptional standards of Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care for 60 residents.
Henderson House is delighted to bring a new opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our dedicated team.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be central to the wellbeing of our residents, delivering outstanding clinical care while promoting a warm, person-centred environment. You’ll lead with compassion, support your colleagues, and make a real impact every single day.

What We Offer
* £1,000 welcome bonus paid in two instalments – the first after successful completion of probation, the second at 12 months
* £20.50 per hour
* Contracted to 38.5 hours per week | shift time: 8am – 8pm

What You Will Do
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents
* Work closely with residents and their families to develop and review personalised care plans
* Administer medication safely and in line with clinical guidelines
* Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, acting on changes swiftly and professionally
* Support and guide care staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Ensure thorough, legal, and up-to-date documentation of care
* Promote independence, dignity, and engagement through everyday activities and social involvement
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, nutrition, and infection control
* Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, following best practice and policies
