Resource Manager - The role: Join the Resource Management team supporting the London Banking Corporate & Structured Lending (CSL) and Leveraged Finance (LevFin) practices. Lead the allocation, utilisation, and development of legal talent to align client needs with team strengths and availability. Act as a key liaison between client demands and internal capabilities, supporting both business performance and lawyer development. Build strong relationships with partners and lawyers to monitor capacity, anticipate pipeline needs, and manage resourcing challenges. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and growth. Support associate development through regular check-ins, feedback, and career planning. Play a key role in promoting well-being, diversity, and inclusion across the practice. Collaborate with global banking partners and business teams to meet resourcing and secondment needs. Contribute to a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture. Resource Manager - What we're looking for: An ambitious and enthusiastic team player committed to delivering excellent client service. Experience in resource or people management—legal sector experience is ideal, but not essential. Passion for people development and a strong sense of empathy. High emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Confidence to challenge the status quo and handle sensitive information with discretion. A collaborative mindset and inclusive approach to team engagement and culture-building. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused role and enjoys working across diverse teams.
