Salary: £32,070 - £34,359 for Newly Qualified Social Workers, £35,451 - £39,165 for Level 2 Social Workers, £39,939 - £44,699 per annum (pro‑rat for part‑time) (Pay award pending) plus £3,300 market premia payment for Level 3 Social Workers.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent & Fixed Term

We Are Looking For
* Newly Qualified Social Workers: £32,070 to £34,359
* Level 2 Social Worker: £35,451 to £39,165
* Level 3 Social Worker: £39,939 to £44,699 plus a market supplement of £3,300
Qualifications and Requirements
* Be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England.
* Have knowledge of social work methodologies, social care policies such as person-centred approaches and asset-based social work, and relevant legislation including the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.
* Have experience of effective assessment and risk management delivery, and multi‑agency/multidisciplinary working and/or hospital discharge processes.
* Have experience of partnership working with adults to identify and meet need with creative and pragmatic solutions.
* Be a confident communicator skilled in diplomacy, persuasion, assertive and conflict management, able to build effective working relationships.
* Be able to work proactively individually but also as a team member.
* Have good prioritisation and time management skills and a valid UK driving licence or access to a vehicle.
