Sales Colleague in Swindon, Currys, Swindon. Permanent, part‑time position of 15‑30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Pay is £12.71* per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p, rising to £13.01 after successful completion of the probation period.
As a Retail Sales Colleague you will learn the skills needed to sell, serve and support customers at our store. All new colleagues attend a two‑to‑three‑day induction virtually or at our academy in Birmingham. Induction covers supplier training, product demos and testing the latest products. You will gain confidence to make great recommendations, support with delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, typically from 9am to 8pm, and sales colleagues work flexibly across opening hours including Saturdays and Sundays. Store hours may vary locally.
Responsibilities
