A rapidly scaling global engineering & manufacturing organisation is investing heavily in its digital systems landscape - and they’re hiring a Business Systems Engineer (ERP) to play a key role in that transformation.

The Opportunity
You’ll sit within a modern Technology & Analytics function, acting as a specialist across ERP, CRM, reporting and wider business applications.
You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, supply chain and external partners to deliver improvements that genuinely move the needle.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into data, shaping system behaviour, and working across the full lifecycle - from analysis and configuration to reporting and support.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering 2nd & 3rd line support across ERP, CRM and key business systems
* Designing and implementing ERP enhancements, data migrations, permission sets and custom objects
* Creating impactful dashboards, reports and analytics (Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS or similar)
* Working closely with the Data Architect to build out the organisation’s BI landscape
* Supporting upgrade projects, integrations and system improvements with SQL and PL/SQL
* Contributing to the change management process, prioritising future system developments
* Producing clear documentation, process flows, and training materials
* Being a trusted go-to point for business teams and offering occasional out-of-hours support
What You’ll Bring
* Experience supporting ERP or CRM systems (2nd/3rd line)
* Strong SQL and comfort working with complex data sets
* Advanced Excel skills
* Analytical mindset: you enjoy problem-solving and finding efficient solutions
* Clear communication skills - able to translate technical concepts into business language
* Ability to work on-site 3 days per week with travel between two locations when needed
