SEN Tutor – West Drayton (Primary & Secondary)
Location: West Drayton (in-person tutoring)
Subjects: Maths & English (up to GCSE level)
Rate: £20–£30 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Flexible – Part-time or full-time
We are seeking a committed and experienced SEN Tutor to support learners in West Drayton, providing one-to-one tuition across primary and secondary levels. This role involves working with students who have a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, PDA, and other neurodiverse profiles.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored, one-to-one sessions in Maths and English (up to GCSE)
* Assess each learner’s needs and create personalised learning plans
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities
* Track and support student progress, celebrating growth and development
* Build positive relationships with learners and families
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with students with SEN (ASD, ADHD, PDA, etc.)
* Confident teaching Maths and English across Key Stages 1 to 4
* Ability to assess, plan, and deliver effective, personalised lessons
* Calm, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
