We are working with a market-leading HVAC contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced AC Supervisor to oversee commercial air conditioning contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior AC Engineer or existing Supervisor to step into a key role within a business known for delivering high-profile projects and investing heavily in its people.
The Role
*
Supervising and supporting a team of Air Conditioning Engineers across multiple commercial sites
*
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdown works
*
Providing technical support and guidance to engineers on-site
*
Ensuring all works are completed in line with F-Gas regulations, H&S standards, and company procedures
*
Carrying out site inspections, audits, and quality checks
*
Assisting with job planning, labour allocation, and resource management
*
Acting as the main point of contact between engineers, clients, and senior management
*
Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and client expectations
*
Completing reports, certification, and compliance documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, ideally with supervisory or lead experience
*
F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
*
Strong technical knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF, and commercial AC systems
*
Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Comfortable working across multiple commercial sites
