We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and dedicated team for the full 2025–2026 academic year.

Duties as a KS1 Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and development.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and maintaining accurate records.
Support children in developing early literacy, numeracy and social skills through creative and interactive learning experiences.
Work effectively with teaching assistants to ensure all children’s needs are met, including those with SEND or EAL.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support pupil wellbeing and learning.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, trips, extracurricular activities and themed events.
Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions and training opportunities.
Promote the school’s values and uphold our behaviour expectations.
Ideal KS1 Teacher:
Be a caring, reflective and committed practitioner with high expectations for all learners.
Have experience teaching in KS1 or Early Years.
Understand the importance of early child development and a play-based approach.
Be organised, creative and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Be committed to continuous professional development and school improvement.
