An established manufacturer of natural ventilation systems is seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop and grow sales across the North of England. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on specification-led projects within the construction sector, working closely with architects, consultants, specifiers, and contractors to secure projects from design stage through to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote and specify natural ventilation solutions into commercial and residential construction projects
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers to secure early-stage design influence
3. Work with contractors and developers to support projects through to completion
4. Deliver CPDs, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
5. Provide technical guidance on product selection and system application
6. Manage and grow a pipeline of specification-led projects across the territory
7. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Experience:
8. Proven field sales experience within construction or building products
9. Experience selling into specifiers, architects, consultants, or design teams
10. Technically minded, with the ability to understand and explain engineered solutions
11. Background in ventilation, HVAC, façade, or M&E products preferred
12. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large territory
13. Full UK driving licence
The Package:
14. £55,000–£60,000 basic (DOE) + bonus + benefits
