Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager, Project Engineer, or Mobilization Engineer required in Birmingham and Stratford, East London. Two positions are available, one for each location.
The role
1. Manage the transition from build to handover to FM client.
2. Manage Operations and Maintenance manuals (O&Ms) for handover to the client.
3. Accept O&Ms from the builder once satisfied with their suitability.
4. Reject O&Ms if necessary, with a written report highlighting defects.
5. Lead client meetings to discuss progress and concerns.
The person
1. Highly compliant individual.
2. Excellent IT skills.
3. Confident communicator.
4. Mechanical or Electrical bias.
5. Able to write accurate reports.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 12+ month contract working with one of the UK's largest FM companies and their blue-chip client.
