The service supports young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have complexities in their needs/risks to move on to independent living. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week working Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9AM - 7PM. Temporary cover is required for minimum 2 months, with the possibility of extension.
