The Role
As a Senior/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. This role involves producing accurate client work and supporting junior team members. You will also ensure accuracy in files, adhere to deadlines, and offer assistance as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring day-to-day client files/audits are completed correctly and within specified timeframes and requirements.
* Providing support and guidance to junior team members to ensure accuracy and quality in their work.
* Delivering client work to the highest standards and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
* Ensuring timely receipt of correct client documentation to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Handling client requests and queries in a manner that promotes client loyalty.
* Recording chargeable time accurately and ensuring recovery of all billable hours.
* Preparing client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within designated deadlines for timely submission to HMRC.
* Planning your workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure work is ready for sign-off.
