Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in the renewables sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in digital marketing tools, and a proven ability to develop innovative campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple projects, optimise online presence, and contribute to the organisation’s overall success through effective marketing strategies. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing teams, analysing market data, and creating compelling content across various platforms.

* A Full time permanent role is advertised, but this can be condensed to a shorter working day to fit around personal commitments for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the renewables sector
* Coordinate with team members from different areas of the business to analyse how marketing decisions impact sales and operations.
* Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
* Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and analysis skills to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Create engaging content for websites, social media, and promotional materials.
* Coordinate project management activities to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in B2B marketing sectors.
* Organise events or campaigns that support organisational goals, ensuring effective time management and organisational skills are applied throughout.


Requirements

* Proven experience within a marketing environment, with evidence of project leadership.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
* Excellent analysis skills and awareness of the wider impact of marketing decisions.
* Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on organisational growth.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
* Organisational skills that enable efficient handling of multiple projects simultaneously.
* IT literacy with a good understanding of digital tools relevant to modern marketing practices. This position offers an engaging environment where innovative thinking is valued, and professional development is encouraged for those eager to advance their careers within the marketing sector.
