Commercial Property Legal Director, 5+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £70,000+ (DOE) –
Are you an experienced legal professional with a passion for commercial property law? Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Legal Director to lead, support, and grow within a dynamic and forward-thinking firm. Job Ref: 9711.
The Role:
1. Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions including leases, purchases, sales, and re-mortgages.
2. Handling registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold commercial properties with confidence and attention to detail.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and issuing a range of legal documents and transaction reports for clients and professional lenders.
4. Developing strong familiarity with our case management system to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
5. Supporting and mentoring colleagues across the department and building lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Skills Required:
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with substantial experience in Commercial Property.
* Strong technical knowledge of relevant property law and conveyancing practices.
* A meticulous, client-focused legal professional with a proven track record in managing complex property matters.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills – you thrive in a collaborative environment.
