WHAT YOU DO Setting up, operating, and monitoring the pallet mixing area, including removing shrink-wrap from finished goods and reassembling pallets with mixed products according to customer specifications. Monitoring the SAP ERP and DMC systems and making sure the automated sections of the pallet mixing area are running smoothly. Operating high-speed automated production machinery including fillers, labellars, packers, and robotic palletizers. Maintaining a strict "Clean-as-you-go" standard in accordance with food hygiene and safety procedures. Accurately logging production outputs, downtime reasons, and quality checks using digital interfaces and manual checksheets. Contributing actively to a Lean Manufacturing environment through 5S workplace organization and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to lock-out procedures while also conducting regular visual and technical quality assurance inspections. Guiding and mentoring new recruits as a buddy to demonstrate standard operating procedures and best practices. WHO YOU ARE You bring solid production experience, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing sector. Demonstrating a safety-first approach and familiarity with health and safety legislation is essential to your daily routine. Knowledge of 5S methodology allows you to effectively organize and optimize your workspace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to relay technical information clearly and document events thoroughly.
