Driving impactful campaigns for a diverse and inclusive city.
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Campaigns and Behaviour Change to lead Coventry City Council’s major, insight driven campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire our residents. You’ll shape our annual campaign strategy, oversee high impact multi-channel work, and drive behaviour‑change initiatives that support the One Coventry plan.

Who are we looking for?
As a senior leader, you’ll advise Cabinet Members and senior colleagues, guide a talented team, champion innovation, and ensure our campaigns are evaluated robustly and grounded in clear audience insight. You will also ensure that the Barcelona Principles, AMEC framework, and the ROSIE/OASIS model are used as standard across all campaign planning and evaluation. You’ll bring strong experience in behaviour change communications, data led strategy, and creative leadership, alongside the ability to translate complex policy into compelling public‑facing narratives.
