What will you be doing?
* Stepping into the Head Chef's shoes while they're away, running the kitchen and leading the team to deliver exceptional food while ensuring maximum profitability.
* Be passionate about the menu and specs, work across any section, and share this passion with the team.
* Plan for shifts, ensuring the right level of food is prepared, and delegate duties to the team.
* Collaborate with the entire restaurant team to deliver great experiences for customers and take pride in the presentation and quality of food.
* Ensure the restaurant and kitchen look fabulous at all times, meet policies, processes and guidelines, and support the team to do the same.
