Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the FCAS programme as our FCAS Enablers Delivery Lead. You would lead the delivery of key enabling initiatives within FCAS across Engineering Tooling, Secure Infrastructure and Operational Transformation and Improvement. You will be leading a small team of up to six direct reports so previous people management experience is essential. The team are keen to develop and grow and part of your role will be to support them in their growth alongside day to day management.


Responsibilities

* Maintaining transition plans
* Leading on security infrastructure upgrades across Bolton, Bristol and Stevenage
* Representing MBDA's interests and requirements within the collaborative working environment
* Accountable for development and delivery of the MBDA FCAS strategy on Future Manufacturing and Future Supply Chain
* Support the Digital & data strategy and Enterprise Architecture for international and national collaboration
* Delivery of increased collaboration spaces at Filton, Stevenage and Bolton in support of FCAs meeting needs, linking directly to the secure comms and infrastructure as well as relevant facilities in place
* Lead on the interlinked activities relating to floorplate and site regenerations, ensuring FCAS get the outcome they require
* Technical understanding of deploying digital infrastructure
* Previous experience of complex data management systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Demonstrable people management experience
* Strong stakeholder management & ability to build relationships quickly
* Negotiating & influencing skills across a multi-national, multi-disciplined company at various levels of the organisation
* Specialist knowledge in Transition / Change Management
* Ability to plan, develop, perfect and deliver
* Commercial and financial awareness
* Understanding of business strategy
* Capable of managing multiple projects/work packages
* Ability to influence and guide a narrative
* Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks and priorities concurrently
* Good understanding of other parts of the business and how they communicate news
* Knowledge / Understanding of the customer, their requirements and their expectations
* Organisational/co-ordination experience; ability to work with and through others
* Product management experience desirable

* Company Bonus: Bonus of up to 21% of base salary

Application

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3days per week on-site due to workload classification. Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience. Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
